Get Grounded: Root Chakra (1 of 7)
We'll balance from the ground up! Located at the base of the spine and between the hips, the root chakra is the energy center of security, safety, and sense of home. Associated with the color red, element earth, and mantra “I am." (+ a special Halloween treat!)
Feel to Heal: Sacral Chakra (2 of 7)
Located just below the navel, the sacral chakra is the energy center of relationships, emotions, pleasure, and creativity. Associated with the color orange, element water, and mantra “I feel."
Light Your Fire: Solar Plexus Chakra (3 of 7)
Located just above the navel, the solar plexus chakra is the energy center of self-esteem, sense of worth, and personal power. Associated with the color yellow, element fire, and mantra “I can."
Live in Love: Heart Chakra (4 of 7)
Located within the chest, the heart chakra is the energy center of love, compassion, joy, and connection to both the physical and spiritual aspects of ourselves. Associated with the color green, element air, and mantra “I love."
Follow Your Truth: Throat Chakra (5 of 7)
Located at the base of the neck, the throat chakra is the energy center of self-expression, communication, authenticity, truth, and listening to the inner voice. Associated with the color blue, element sound, and mantra “I speak."
Trust Your Intuition: Third Eye Chakra (6 of 7)
Located between the eyebrows, the third eye chakra is associated with our “sixth sense.” It is the energy center of our wisdom, spiritual insight, and intuition. Associated with the color indigo, element light, and mantra “I see."
