One-hour in-home sessions within Hoboken/Jersey City area, $125

Let a little light in! Each session is a relaxing and restorative experience including a guided meditation, energy and sound healing, collaborative reflection, and notes/holistic recommendations.

Sessions are in the comfort of your own home. All we need is a quiet space with a comfortable surface. Absolutely no experience necessary.

We spend time on beauty maintenance, exercise, mental health, and more — don’t forget to tend to your precious energy. Consider integrating this full-body reset into your self-care routine!

What to expect

You know that in-between state during resting pose at the end of a yoga class, during a massage, or as you’re just drifting off to sleep? A reiki session may feel similar for you! There is no pressure, massage, or manipulation. Just meditative relaxation and time and space to let go.

Every single session is different, even for the same person. Some may fall into a deep, restful, meditative state. Others experience tingling or energetic sensations, dream-like visuals, or messages. There is no “right” way to experience reiki. What comes up will meet you where you are.
