Travel Arrangements *

Please email hello@thepurplethread.com once you know your travel plans & arrival/departure times so we can best coordinate with the overall group where possible. If traveling by train (Amtrak), we recommend booking sooner than later! As a reminder, the house will be ready for guest arrival at 4pm on Friday 3/10. Free during the day? Great! Make your way and enjoy Rhinebeck/the area. Depending on schedules, we will help coordinate ride-shares and a potentially earlier check-in. Sunday 3/12 is flexible but we recommend staying until at least 11am and enjoying the afternoon if you're able to!

Cancellation Policy *

We cannot extend refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, travel delays/cancellations, or last-minute illness. If you must cancel your attendance with notice, we will handle it case by case. For example, if you have someone to take your place, the situation can be discussed. We understand unforeseen circumstances occur, but substantial costs have already been incurred based on a certain headcount (the house, supplies, and other resources/services). While we will do our best, we ask that you please recognize that a refund is not guaranteed. If we have to cancel the retreat due to too few participants, we will refund all paid deposits and payments to that point. However, we cannot reimburse any travel costs. In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to weather, natural disaster, or other reason outside of our control, we cannot guarantee a refund. Thank you for your understanding!
