43 Hours — Hudson Valley, NY

See you soon!

The Experience

Is this a retreat? Sure, it can be, if you want to call it that. But we like to think that any experience, such as a trip like this, is really what you make it.

You’re READY! For a relaxed, balanced, and light-hearted approach to well-being. One that is more than health as we know it, but also joy, community, playfulness — and the inspiration that comes from having a new experience in a new environment. You’ve been looking for a pause — a chance to get away without all the planning and nitty-gritty details falling on your shoulders. You could use a breath of fresh air — good food, kind company, a chance to explore, and alone time when needed. You need a gentle reminder to “be where your feet are,” and get grounded in the present moment. You’re curious about better connecting to yourself and eager to have fun along the way.

Let’s do it xx

The Magic of March

March represents new growth. Its flower, the trumpet-like daffodil announces spring’s arrival. As one of the first to bloom, daffodils are seen as a representation of rebirth and new beginnings. They also represent inspiration, forgiveness, and creativity.

The spiritual symbolism of the daffodil is so clear, so bright, that it blasts away illusion with simple, childlike honesty and love. What better time than the oncoming spring to be reminded of this?

Simply put, March reignites the heart.

I'm ready to restore

I'm ready to restore

We all know the basic rules of respect when sharing a space! Just one reminder:

We can’t control the amount of time we have, but we can kind of control how quickly or slowly it passes.

Maybe, for you, slowing down time during this weekend means flipping through a coffee table book, coloring at the kitchen table, letting your creativity wander, taking a walk outside. Maybe it means capturing the moments you want to remember and then giving your phone a rest. Maybe it’s connecting with nature in a way you don’t typically get the chance to do very often. The entire itinerary is optional. It’s an offering of what is available to you. This time is yours. Use the space. Explore the grounds. Nourish your body and nurture your heart. Connect with others.. and yourself. Ask questions. Listen. Breathe deeper.

You’ve given yourself this gift of time — to be where your feet are. Dance slowly with it.

By car — the house is 100 miles and just about 2 hours from the NYC area.

By train — Amtrak runs from Moynihan Station NYC to Rhinecliff, NY. This 1.5-hour ride up the Hudson River is an efficient and relaxing way to travel. We recommend booking your ride sooner than later as tickets increase in price and the trains fill up. Rhinecliff train station is about a 20-minute drive from the house.

Based on the needs, carpooling and also group shuttles to/from the train may be arranged.

The house is conveniently near the charming town of Rhinebeck and other noteworthy gems! A complete itinerary, house address, and any other important details will be shared in the weeks prior to the trip.
