Welcome! My name is Danielle, and I'm certified in holistic health/integrative nutrition and Reiki energy healing. Beyond that, my own winding path of seeking balance in body and mind is what motivates me to share how I first found it, and the on-going practice of maintaining it.

Together, we will explore simple, quality, personalized self-care, both on the plate and off.

 

In the past, the effects of trauma, stress, and anxiety sent me seeking balance, a place of centeredness. I graciously found purpose in helping others by sharing my story of coping with a toxic relationship and navigating a near-death experience within my immediate family. But I realized that I had not prioritized the most sacred connection of all – the one with myself.

I always had an interest in the mind-body connection, but an urgency to feel better made me prioritize my overall health by exploring talk therapy, health coaching, and Reiki energy healing. Each of these outlets sparked different lightbulb moments for me. I was blown away by how these intentional edits improved my digestion and gut health, visibly decreased inflammation, and cleared my mind. Most importantly, they led me to my center.

Focusing on the root causes instead of the symptoms helped me listen for the actual nourishment I had been craving. I found such a sense of freedom from perfection and restriction and simply felt lighter — physically and emotionally.

My certifications in holistic health and energy healing, personal health journey, and professional experience in client and community services empower me to support others in finding their own balance and self-trust through small but powerful adjustments to their daily lives. We don’t have to do it alone.

I believe — that the most important relationship we’ll ever have is the one with ourselves, that it’s possible for anyone to find that steady place within, and that we need to include ourselves in the circle of people we’re giving to. You deserve your own love and light. So let’s find it! More.

Single Session

One 45-minute virtual session for those interested in learning more about either general well-being improvement, or specific lifestyle/nutrition areas such as meal upgrades or self-discovery. Single Sessions include post-session notes and recommendations, but not additional package features to the left. Should you decide to extend to a monthly program, the time and investment of this single session can count towards it.

Monthly (minimum of 3)

What is a Health Coach/Mentor?

A health coach is a supportive and empowering mentor and guide trained and certified in integrative nutrition and holistic health to help clients reach their own health goals through implementing positive, sustainable lifestyle changes. 

A health coach is not to prescribe/assess micro- and macronutrient levels; provide health care, medical or nutrition therapy services; or to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, condition or other physical or mental ailment of the human body. A Coach is not a doctor, dietician, or psychologist, and any advice given is not meant to take the place of advice by these professionals.

Where do sessions take place?

In-person or virtually via the Client’s preference — video or audio.

How is payment accepted?

Clients will receive an invoice accepting online payments. Payment plans are available upon request.

Are new Client referrals rewarded?

Yes! Be sure to inquire during your consultation.
