Balance & Flow Series (Mini)

This monthly series is a live group experience in Jersey City Heights designed for each of the seven energy centers, beginning with the foundational root chakra up through the crown. Co-hosted by The Purple Thread & Sol Spirit, this open-level event includes a guided meditation, light yoga, reiki energy healing, sound bath, purposeful connection, and a thoughtful gift.
